This kit is very quick and easy to install. There is a template for your holes and the latch is adjustable for backspacing. The knob simply screws in and you have one screw on the bottom for the handle. It's a very good value for how fancy it appears and the square-drive tells me it should be dependable throughout the years. I don't think there's any plastic on it so I applaud defiance for that. Thank you for making such an excellent product. Now I just need to refinish my door to hide the old lines."
